IEEE Hamilton February Events

The Hamilton section of IEEE invites everyone to two public events in February.

On February 1 at 7:00 p.m, Xavier Fernando, an associate professor at Ryerson University, will speak on “Underground wireless communication for mines.” The talk will be held in the Information Technology Building, room A113.

On February 19, Nik Garkusha, open source strategy lead, Microsoft Canada, will be the guest speaker at IEEE Hamilton’s annual dinner. The title of his presentation is “I Sing the Data Open.” The dinner and talk are being held at the Ancaster Old Mill restaurant.
