Mohamed AbuElala, PhD. Student

AbuElala is currently a MSc student in the Fanos Research Lab, Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at McMaster University. He is also a Teacher Assistant (TA) in the same department. His research explores different computer architectures (cache coherence methodologies) for real time embedded systems. Abuelala also has a master’s degree in Electronics and Electrical Communications Engineering at Cairo University in 2019 and holds a Bachelor of Science since 2014 for the same specialization. For his master's thesis, he created a novel model for inexact gates and extended the work to model adders and random number generators. He had been a Digital Design Engineer for 3 years in Si-Ware Systems where he participated in the design of different highly complex ASIC chips, and complete innovative systems that target a wide range of applications.
