Dr. Khaled Ahmed, Post-Doc

Dr. Khaled Ahmed is currently a postdoctoral fellow in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) department at McMaster University. He received his PhD from McMaster University in 2019 in optical and wireless communications and MSc degree from Cairo University in 2015. Dr. Ahmed's research interests include wireless communications, digital signal processing, and artificial intelligence. He is currently working on the deployment of machine learning algorithms on edge devices. His research work investigates the challenges that edge computing introduces to the machine learning algorithms when the inference is done on highly constrained devices.
